Our Services
At Twin Creeks Physical Therapy, we're here to help you feel your best. Unlike large chain clinics where you’re just another appointment, we provide one-on-one sessions with highly trained physical therapist to ensure you get the focused care you deserve. Whether it's recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, our clinic is committed to supporting your journey to better health.
Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Whether you are struggling to recover from a recent injury or are ready to address a long-term condition, Twin Creeks’ expert therapist will evaluate the impact to the way your entire body moves to determine the best course of treatment. Our goal is that each of our patients leave our clinic with an improved quality of life, greater independence and less reliance on pain medications as a result of our patient-directed approach.
Manual Therapy
At the heart of Twin Creeks’ treatment plans is the use of various types of manual therapy to allow muscles and joints to move more freely. Although this may sound at first like massage, this treatment method is more specialized and direct, involving the manipulation of specific and targeted muscle, joint, or nerve tissue to improve flexibility, reduce pain and resolve joint dysfunction. In coordination with prescribed exercises, Twin Creeks’ manual therapy treatments provide long-term relief from a variety of impairments. Patients experience improved range of motion, lessening of chronic pain, increased circulation and fewer painful muscle spasms after these interventions.
Vestibular Therapy
Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is a conservative treatment approach for impairments of the inner ear system that affect balance, equilibrium, and orientation. VRT utilizes exercises to promote central nervous system compensation for inner ear deficits. Twin Creeks’ physical therapist trained in treating vestibular conditions will make a thorough assessment and put together a personalized plan of care. With the properly designed program and treatment, people who are suffering from vestibular disorders can resume daily activities, increase their stability, reduce their risk of falling and enhance their quality of life.
